Time commitment: The personal mentor meets with the mentee an average of once a month, for an average of one and a half hours.

                              2. Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Role: Provide office hours where fellows meet at your office to seek specific assistance in your area of expertise.

Time commitment: 1-2 hours a month

                              3. Round Table Presenter
